Forever Family Event

We've partnered up with one of our incredible photographers, Steven Koch, to highlight our forever families through a fundraising photoshoot event! You have likely seen his work on our campaign backgrounds, as updated photos for our pups' profiles, or throughout our website and social media!

Though this will be an event with multiple dogs, we aren't leaving out our families with dogs who have special circumstances! If your dog can't be around other dogs or gets severely anxious around new people, no worries! We'll schedule your photo to be taken at a later date so that you and your family don't miss out on being celebrated! We urge you to bring the whole family! Does the pup you adopted from us have doggie or human siblings?

Bring them - This is an opportunity to showcase how unique each family is!

Being that we have limited space we are opening it up to the first 20 families that purchase tickets. Tickets include a professional personal photo shoot/ digital photo taken and retouched by Steven and his team (an experience that goes for around $1,000), treats for the pups AND their humans, CCR merch and a spot on our Forever Family Wall in our lobby!

ALL money made from the tickets of this event will go back to the dogs still searching for their forever homes!

Our Community Outreach Coordinator Nicole will reach out to the families who purchase tickets to establish a date with those who have social pups and special dates for our pups who would prefer a little space for their big day!

*Please keep in mind this is an event for Chicago Canine Rescue adopters only, you are welcome to bring your pups you’ve adopted from other organizations with your CCR dog as they are part of your family but please do not purchase a ticket if you haven’t adopted from us, we would like to keep our tickets open and available for our forever families! We will check that everyone’s names line up in our system before the shoot :)
